IBEW NECA Contractor
Skilled Work Force — IBEW gives you access to unlimited drug-free, safety-orientated, and qualified highly trained Electrical Workers in an inexhaustible supply.
Training — Our JATC (Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee) has a 5-year apprenticeship program. Our JATC’s 5-year program includes on-the-job training and classroom time, in compliance with NJATC standards. Plus they offer many advanced courses to our Journeyman.
Safety — All IBEW members have been First Aide/CPR certified and have a minimum of OSHA 10 training before reporting to work. Several of our members have opted to upgrade their training to OSHA 30. All members are drug screened on a yearly schedule, at our expense.
Productivity — Our members are more productive than their non-union counterparts.
Supervision — Many of our members have had Supervision training and have on-the-job experience as Foreman and/or Supervisors.
